Do I need a gym or can I do this at home?
You can start at home. A ball + space works. For shooting workouts, a hoop helps, and we can structure both.
How often should I train each week?
Most athletes see great results with 3–5 sessions per week. The program is built to scale up or down.
What do I use for the assessment call and film review?
Zoom or Google Meet works for the assessment call. Film review can be shared via Google Drive or a private upload link.
How will I access the videos?
Once the platform is live, athletes will log in and stream the training library. For now, join the waitlist to get launch access first.
